How long is the contract?
Standard AMC contracts run 12 months with quarterly business reviews. Three-year contracts are available with locked pricing and reduced rates.
Do you provide IT AMC specifically for schools in UAE?
Yes — Go Pro Technology has dedicated IT AMC plans for private schools, international schools and training centers across UAE. Our school IT contracts cover 24/7 helpdesk, device management, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace licensing, campus Wi-Fi, smart classroom AV and CCTV — all under one accountable contract. Can you supply laptops, tablets and IT hardware to our school?
Yes. We supply Dell, HP, Lenovo and Apple devices at education pricing with bulk procurement, asset tagging, device imaging (Windows/macOS) and on-site deployment. Hardware warranty management and replacement are included in school AMC plans, so your IT coordinator has one number to call for any device issue.
Do you handle Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for schools?
Yes — as a Microsoft Certified Partner we supply and manage Microsoft 365 Education licenses (including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive) as well as Google Workspace for Education accounts. License procurement, user provisioning, renewals and helpdesk for staff and student accounts are all managed by us under your school's AMC.
What is the response time for school IT emergencies?
